In 2003, we could start a first collaboration with Novartis Pharma in Huningue, France and in Basel, Switzerland, by providing validation - and qualification services on behalf of technical equipment and installations.

The initial projects realized at Novartis have allowed us to establish a relationship based on confidence between the two parties. The satisfaction of the different project managers of Novartis, resulted in a partnership that was empowered with a frame agreement at the beginning of 2006.

In order to guarantee a total Life Cycle of our services, ELSE Automation has established the xPert^Validation service product.
