| Our Lead Engineer Experts: - Lead and manage all technical aspects of a project - Have strong engineering and analytical leadership skills - Show technical excellence and the ability to inspire a team to create high-quality project output - Demonstrate leadership and insight to help the team avoid and overcome obstacles as they arise during development - Provide accurate task list management and scheduling for all engineering tasks, working with other team members in this effort - Apply coaching skills to help develop less experienced programmers - Are the gateway between engineering team and project management - Evaluate and effectively communicate feature/schedule trade-offs and technical risks - Collaborate and communicate with other Lead Engineers to leverage technology efforts - Maintain a professional attitude during all stages of development - Have the ability to act as a team member and strive to maximize team performance - Have proven experience and ability to hire and build a cohesive development team - Are flexible team players with excellent communication skills - Have proven project management skills - Posses full life-cycle experience in the development and commissioning of control systems - Have the ability to work independently and self-directing - Are the central point for all technical issues for a team, with particular emphasis on delivering the technical tools and engine for creating a compelling game play experience The following Lead Engineer Experts are at your disposal: Boetsch Patrick Ehret Ralph Muller Nicolas Probst Pascal Vergult Patrick |
